Slow Cooker White Bean Cajun Soup

I made this tonight and it was delicious! Hubby loves bean soups. Best part was that it was very easy to make. I'll be making this again for sure. -JEN

Slow Cooker White Bean  Cajun Soup is a cozy  crock pot recipe loaded with beans, andouille sausage, veggies, and a flavorful broth  to warm you up!

Let's make it!

Ingredients

*dried Great Northern beans *andouille sausage *carrots *celery *tomatoes *garlic *chicken broth *bay leaves *Creole seasoning *paprika *black pepper *hot pepper sauce

Combine the ingredients and cook on low.

Add the beans, sausage, carrots, celery, tomatoes, and garlic to your slow cooker. Pour in the chicken broth and add the seasonings. Cook for 8 to 10 hours.

Puree and add back.

Scoop out about 3 cups of soup (except the sausage) and puree until smooth. Stir the pureed soup back into the slow cooker.

Adjust the seasonings.

Adjust the seasonings to taste, stirring in additional Creole seasoning, if desired, or adding hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper for extra heat.
