Pumpkin Granola

Pumpkin Granola is crunchy, golden, and easy to make, loaded with wholesome oats, toasty nuts, real pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, & warm fall spices!

Ingredients

*rolled oats *shredded coconut *pecans *almonds *coconut oil *pumpkin puree *pumpkin pie spice *salt *maple syrup

Combine all ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, pecans, and walnuts. Pour the remaining ingredients over the top and stir well until evenly coated.

Bake.

Transfer the granola to a pan. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola turns a nice, even, golden brown, about 30 minutes total.

Cool.

Stir frequently as the granola cools, scraping the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking. When completely cool, store in an airtight container.

Serve & enjoy!!!
