EGG MUFFIN CUPS

Egg Muffin Cups are an easy recipe featuring fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns, and cheese for a filling, protein-packed breakfast!

Let's make 'em!

Ingredients:

*eggs *milk *salt *black pepper *hash brown potatoes *bacon *sharp cheddar cheese *jalapeño *parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients.

Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper, and then mix in all of the other ingredients.

Fill muffin cups.

Evenly divide the egg mixture between greased muffin cups. Sprinkle Parmesan on top of each muffin (if using).

Bake.

Bake until the muffins are puffy and light golden brown. Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.

Serve warm & enjoy!!!
