Cooked in pineapple juice with a brown sugar, Dijon, & balsamic glaze, this EASY Crockpot Ham practically makes itself!

Ingredients

*ham *pineapple juice

*brown sugar *Dijon mustard *balsamic vinegar *honey *cornstarch *water

For the glaze:

Remove and discard any packaging from the ham.

Prepare.

Pour pineapple juice into bottom of slow cooker.

Pour.

Mix brown sugar, Dijon, balsamic vinegar, and honey until a paste forms.

Combine.

Spread the brown sugar mixture all over the ham.

Coat.

Place ham in crockpot, cover, and cook on LOW.

Cook.

Remove ham to a platter and tent with foil to keep warm.

Keep warm.

Strain juices into a saucepan and set over medium heat; bring to a simmer.

Strain.

Pour in cornstarch slurry while whisking. Allow the mixture to bubble and thicken.

Thicken.

Serve.

Serve the ham warm with the sauce on the side or spooned on top.
