*strawberries *butter *light brown sugar

*all-purpose flour *baking powder *salt *butter *sugar *egg *vanilla extract *milk

Arrange sliced strawberries in a single layer over the brown sugar.

Blend.

Gradually blend flour mixture into wet mixture, alternating with milk.

Combine.

Scrape the batter into the pan and spread over the strawberries.

Bake.

Flip.

Turn onto a platter, carefully lift the pan, and serve warm.
