Easy Hamburger Steaks with Mushroom Gravy are like mini Salisbury steaks in a rich and savory gravy.

Ingredients

*ground beef *breadcrumbs *Worcestershire sauce *dried parsley *mustard *salt + pepper *beef broth *tomato paste *beef bouillon *butter *mushrooms *garlic *flour

Combine ground beef with breadcrumbs, milk, and seasonings and form into patties.

Make patties.

Whisk together ingredients for the gravy.

Combine.

Cook the beef patties until browned; remove them to a plate.

Cook.

Add mushrooms.

Add butter, mushrooms, and garlic to the same pan and cook until tender.

Make gravy.

Stir flour and broth mixture into mushrooms; simmer until thickened. Add back beef patties.

Serve.

Submerge patties in gravy until heated through. Serve hot.
