• Bacon • Dried Pinto Beans • Water • Beef Broth • Garlic • Jalapeño • Spices • Diced Tomatoes + Green Chiles • Cilantro

Place beans in a colander, rinse, and remove any stones or shriveled beans.

Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain, chop, and set aside.

Pour the beans into the slow cooker. Cover with water and beef broth. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook.

Stir in the Rotel and chopped cilantro; cover and cook for an additional hour or until tender.

When the beans are done, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste, and serve hot.
