Ingredients

• Garlic • Ground Beef (or turkey) • Tomato Sauce • Ketchup • Brown Sugar • Mustard • Spices • Pinto Beans • Grated Cheddar • Frozen Tater Tots

Brown the ground beef and garlic in a skillet; drain.

Combine the sauce ingredients and stir into the ground meat. Mix in the pinto beans and bring to a simmer.

Sprinkle cheese over the sloppy joe mixture in the skillet. Arrange the tater tots on top.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until tater tots are browned.
