This wholesome, easy-to-make Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup is extra flavorful thanks to a few secret ingredients..and it's the perfect get-well-soon recipe for making it through cold and flu season!

Ingredients

• Chicken Pieces • Carrots • Mushrooms • Garlic • Dried Basil, Oregano, + Thyme • Garlic Salt • Lemon Pepper • Bay Leaves • Chicken Stock OR Broth • Egg Noodles • Fresh Parsley • Fresh Rosemary • Grated Parmesan • Half-and-Half • Sherry (optional) • Salt + Pepper

Arrange chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add carrots, mushrooms, garlic, dried herbs and spices, and bay leaves. Pour in chicken stock, cover, and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Remove cooked chicken from the slow cooker and discard the bay leaves. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Stir the noodles into the slow cooker. Cover and increase heat to HIGH.

Add chicken back to the slow cooker along with parsley, rosemary, Parmesan, half-and-half, sherry, and salt & pepper. Stir, cover, and cook for a few more minutes or until noodles are tender.
