Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff features tender chunks of beef and hearty mushrooms in an all-natural sour cream sauce for an easy, comforting, slow cooker dinner made with real ingredients!

Ingredients

• Beef Stew Meat • Mushrooms • Garlic • Beef Broth • Red Wine (optional) • Worcestershire • Dijon • Herbs + Spices • Flour (or Cornstarch) • Cream Cheese • Sour Cream • Fresh Parsley

In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, red wine (if using), Worcestershire sauce, mustard, herbs, spices, and flour.

Place beef, mushrooms, and garlic in crockpot and pour liquid mixture on top.

Stir to combine, cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH.

20 minutes before serving, add softened cream cheese to the slow cooker and replace the lid.

After 10 minutes, stir the warmed cream cheese into the sauce as well as sour cream and fresh parsley.

Replace the lid on the crock pot for a few more minutes while you boil and drain some egg noodles.

Adjust seasonings and serve Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff over egg noodles with extra parsley.
