Chia Seed Jam is a quick, easy, delicious, and nutritious way to make jam with just FIVE ingredients, including whatever fresh or frozen fruit you have on hand!

Ingredients

• frozen OR fresh fruit • lemon juice • water • chia seeds • honey OR sweetener  of your choice

Combine fruit and lemon juice in a pot set over medium heat, stirring and adding water as necessary.

Once the fruit is soft and broken down, mash to your desired consistency and then bring to a simmer.

Stir in chia seeds and honey.

Cook and stir a couple minutes until liquid is reduced. Remove pot from the heat and allow the jam to cool and thicken before serving.

Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
