For the Red Wine Vinaigrette: • extra-virgin olive oil • red wine vinegar • unsweetened red grape juice • lemon juice • honey • salt • ground black pepper For The Salad: • dark leafy salad greens, such   as baby spinach, baby kale, or   other superfood greens • blueberries • walnut

Prepare the red wine vinaigrette by vigorously combining all ingredients.

Fill a bowl or salad plate with leafy greens.
