Ingredients

• whole wheat pastry flour • brown sugar • baking powder • salt • milk • eggs • pure vanilla extract • mashed banana • butter

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, and banana separately. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour in the milk mixture, and stir.

Add the melted butter and stir.

Cook the pancake batter in butter. Once bubbles start to form and the underside is golden brown, flip the pancakes and cook the other side.
