Bird's Nest Mini Oreo Cheesecakes feature Oreo cheesecake filling baked in muffin pans and decorated with chocolate eggs for a cute, yummy Easter dessert!

Ingredients

• Oreos • cream cheese • sour cream • sugar • pure vanilla extract • eggs • milk chocolate bar • candy-coated  chocolate eggs

Lay an Oreo in the bottom of each lined muffin cup. Chop the remaining Oreos and set aside.

Beat the cream cheese and blend in the sour cream. Add the sugar, vanilla, and one egg at a time. Beat and fold in the chopped Oreos.

Divide the mixture between the muffin cups. Bake and let cool, then refrigerate.

Before serving, top each cheesecake with shavings/shards of chocolate and two candy-coated chocolate eggs.
