Ingredients

• beef chuck roast • Mexican spices + herbs • garlic • jalapeño • fire-roasted diced tomatoes • beef broth

Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW or until the beef is very tender and easily pulls apart.

Shred the beef, return it to the crock pot, and allow it to heat back through.

Pile the drained, shredded beef onto tortillas and top with your favorite toppings for tacos...or serve in your favorite way!
