Mango Avocado Salsa is a fresh, simple recipe bursting with loads of summer flavor from sweet mangoes, creamy avocado, zesty jalapeño, and zippy cilantro...perfect as a dip or over chicken or fish!

Ingredients

For the Dressing: • Lime Juice • Champagne/White Wine Vinegar • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil • Salt + Black Pepper For the Salsa: • Ripe Mangoes • Ripe Avocado • Jalapeño • Cilantro Leaves

Make the dressing by whisking all of the ingredients in a bowl or shaking in a jar until thoroughly combined.

Mince the jalapeño, chop the cilantro, and cube the mangoes and avocado.

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Shake the dressing, pour over the ingredients in the bowl, and stir to combine.

Serve immediately as a dip for chips or spooned over chicken or fish.
