• ground pork • ground turkey • dried sage • dried basil • garlic powder • onion powder • dried rosemary • dried marjoram • crushed red pepper flakes • pure maple syrup • salt + pepper
Mix the spices together and set aside.

Sprinkle the spice blend over the ground pork and ground turkey, then drizzle with the optional maple syrup.
Mix the ingredients until well-combined and form the mixture into patties.

Cook the patties in a skillet until browned on both sides and at an internal temperature of 165°F.
Transfer the patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and serve warm.
