Meatball SUbs

This Meatball Sub recipe is homemade and delicious. You won't believe how easy it is to make meatballs subs in the crockpot!

Ingredients

• Ground Beef • Egg • Italian Breadcrumbs • Garlic Powder • Salt + Pepper • Marinara Sauce • Shredded Mozzarella • Grated Parmesan • Sub Rolls

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.

Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Form mixture into 12 meatballs and arrange in the bottom of slow cooker.

Pour marinara over meatballs, making sure that each one is completely covered.

Cook on LOW for 6 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.

To serve, halve each roll lengthwise, toast if desired, and place 3 meatballs inside. Sprinkle with mozzarella.

Allow the hot meatballs to melt the cheese or place sandwiches under the oven broiler for a minute to melt.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using, and serve hot.
