• russet potatoes • olive oil • cornstarch • smoked paprika • salt • black pepper • cumin • garlic powder
Slice the potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Drain the French fries and pat them dry with paper towels.
Combine the cornstarch and spices. Toss the fries in oil then sprinkle the seasoning mixture all over and toss.

Divide the potatoes between the prepared baking sheets, spreading into a single layer.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Adjust seasonings and serve hot.
