Sprinkle tops of biscuits with paprika or cayenne and bake according to package directions.

Poach chicken breasts in white wine, chicken broth, and bay leaf until cooked through. Remove the chicken and dice.
In a deep pan or large skillet, saute mushrooms until tender; stir in flour.

Ladle some of the wine/broth cooking liquid into the mushrooms to make a sauce, then add the chicken, peas, and pimentos.
Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

To serve, slice open biscuits. Place the bottom of a biscuit on a plate, top with chicken mixture and sauce, and cover with the biscuit top. Garnish with parsley.
