• whole wheat pastry flour • cornstarch • brown sugar • baking powder • salt • cinnamon, nutmeg, + allspice • apple cider • buttermilk • eggs • melted butter • pure vanilla extract For the Coating: • sugar • ground cinnamon • butter
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Stir in apple cider, buttermilk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until smooth and combined.
Evenly divide the batter between the prepared donut pans.

Bake until light golden brown. After 5 minutes, turn out onto a cooling rack.
Dip each donut in melted butter and then press into cinnamon sugar.
