• cooked rice • carrots • frozen peas • any meat • eggs • soy sauce • garlic • sesame oil
Saute garlic and carrots in sesame oil until tender.

Push carrot mixture to the edges of the pan, add eggs in center, and cook as you would scrambled eggs.
Mix carrot mixture into eggs and stir in frozen peas, cooked rice, soy sauce, and shredded or chopped meat.

Turn heat to low and, stirring frequently, allow the peas and meat to heat through before serving.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
