• old-fashioned oats • pumpkin puree • vanilla yogurt • milk • honey • pure vanilla extract • pumpkin pie spice • cinnamon

Dollop the canned pumpkin into little mounds on a prepared baking sheet and freeze.

Blend the oats into a fine powder. Add the frozen pumpkin, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.

Blend until completely smooth and serve immediately.
