Asparagus Fries

Asparagus Fries are Panko and Parmesan crusted asparagus spears that are breaded and baked until crispy and golden brown for an addictive, healthy side dish or snack!

Ingredients

• All-Purpose Flour • Eggs • Garlic Salt • Black Pepper • Panko Bread Crumbs • Parmesan Cheese • Asparagus

In one dish, combine flour, garlic salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs and season with garlic salt and pepper. Mix the Panko and Parmesan in the third dish.

Wash and dry the asparagus and trim off the ends. Dredge the pieces in flour, coat with the eggs, then coat in the Panko-Parmesan mixture.

Arrange the asparagus on a prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and serve immediately.
