Baked Apple Oatmeal

Tender apples, warm cinnamon, and sweet maple syrup flavor this wholesome Baked Apple Oatmeal, sure to become a new fall favorite!

Ingredients

*rolled oats *chopped walnuts *ground cinnamon *ground ginger *salt *diced apples *applesauce *milk OR almond milk *eggs *maple syrup *pure vanilla extract *pure almond extract *coconut oil

Mix.

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Bake.

Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set and light golden brown on top.

Remove from  the oven.

Allow to cool in the baking dish for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve and enjoy!!! It's great warm from the oven or reheated the next day!
