BEEF pot pie

Beef Pot Pie is a hearty, delicious comfort food recipe featuring savory ground beef and veggies in a flavorful gravy topped by a flaky, buttery pie crust. Or it's just as easy to make using cubed beef!

Ingredients

• Olive Oil + Butter • Garlic • Mushrooms • Carrots • Ground Beef • All-Purpose Flour • Beef Broth + Half and Half • Dried Thyme • Garlic Powder + Onion Powder • Potato • Green Peas • Unbaked Pie Crust

Cook veggies in butter + EVOO until tender; set aside. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes, and then add veggies back to pot.

Pour in beef broth and half-and-half. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Stir in seasonings, cubed potato, and green peas until heated through.

Pour mixture into a baking dish. Roll out pie crust and place on top of the mixture. Cut vents on top.

Bake until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
