This amazing Caesar Salad features a flavorful (egg-free!) dressing, garlicky homemade croutons, and fresh shaved Parmesan atop crunchy hearts of romaine!
"I absolutely love this recipe! Genius ingredients create a depth of flavor...and not using egg, as found in the traditional recipe, is appreciated. Thanks for a perfect Caesar dressing that can be used for a lovely Ceaser salad and beyond. I’ve used it In a garden salad and a pasta salad."

"This Caesar Salad is fantastic! I often serve it to guests and have had several people ask for the recipe. My 11-year-old twin girls have both made it to earn their cooking badges for American Heritage Girls. Thank you for such a delicious recipe!"
