For the Dressing: • garlic • peanut butter • honey • low-sodium soy sauce • freshly-squeezed lime juice • rice vinegar • sunflower oil • sesame oil • sriracha For the Salad: • chopped Napa cabbage • shredded cooked chicken • sweet peppers • julienned or shredded carrots • cilantro, peanuts, sesame seeds, & lime wedges, for serving
Make the Peanut Dressing by adding all dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor and blending until smooth.

In a bowl, add the Napa cabbage. Arrange the chicken, peppers, and carrots on top.
Drizzle with the dressing and toss. Garnish with cilantro, peanuts, sesame seeds, and freshly-squeezed lime juice and serve.
