• ground chicken (or turkey) • grated Parmesan • Panko breadcrumbs • eggs • Italian seasoning • Worcestershire sauce • garlic salt • onion powder • ground black pepper • marinara sauce • mozzarella cheese

Combine the meatball ingredients and form the mixture into balls.
Combine Parmesan and Panko in a small bowl. Roll each meatball in the mixture until coated on all sides.

Arrange meatballs an inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes then broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely.
Once the meatballs are cooked and drained, place them in a skillet of warm marinara sauce, turning to coat. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.

Serve skewered with toothpicks as a hot appetizer, as a main dish over pasta, or on sandwich rolls for meatball subs.
