Make brownies by melting together butter, chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate. Combine eggs, instant coffee granules, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl, and blend in butter mixture.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend into chocolate mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and spread the brownie batter into prepared sheet pan. Bake until toothpick tests clean and allow to cool.
Cut cooled Christmas Brownies into triangles. Transfer onto a platter. Insert a straight piece of mini candy cane into the base of each tree and spread or pipe on cream cheese frosting.
