Cobb Pasta Salad is loaded with bacon, avocado, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, and homemade ranch dressing, perfect for summer picnics, potlucks, and BBQs!

• Pasta • Bacon • Hard-Boiled Eggs • Grape or Cherry Tomatoes • Blue Cheese Crumbles • Sharp Cheddar • Homemade Ranch Dressing • Salt + Black Pepper • Avocados
Cook the pasta to al dente. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

To the bowl, add the bacon, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, cheddar, and some of the homemade ranch dressing.
Toss all of the ingredients until well-combined and evenly coated with dressing.

Cover and refrigerate. Stir in avocado and desired amount of additional ranch dressing just before serving. Top with slices of chicken, if desired.
