Skillet Shepherd's  Pie

Absolutely delicious! Shepherd's Pie is one of our favorite meals, and this was one of the best we've had!

This ONE-PAN dinner is loaded with savory ground meat and colorful veggies!

*ground beef or lamb *dried oregano *salt + pepper *tomato paste *beef broth *Worcestershire sauce *garlic *carrots *mushrooms *corn *peas *mashed potatoes *shredded cheese

INGREDIENTS

Cook the beef.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain & season.

Flavor.

Add the tomato paste, beef broth, & Worcestershire sauce.

Stir.

Stir to combine.

Add.

Add the carrots, mushrooms, and garlic.

Cook.

Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add.

Stir in peas and corn and adjust seasonings.

Combine.

Stir shredded cheese into mashed potatoes.

Dollop.

Dollop mashed potatoes over meat/veggies in skillet.

Spread.

Spread into a smooth layer.

Top.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

Bake.

Bake until  golden brown.
