Healthy, zesty Black Bean Dip is easy to make with fresh garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and cumin...

...and it's equally delicious scooped up with tortilla chips or raw veggies!

INGREDIENTS

*garlic *jalapeño *cilantro *black beans *spices *lime juice *balsamic vinegar

Place garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro in food processor or blender.

Add.

Pulse until finely chopped, scraping down sides halfway through.

Pulse.

Add black beans, seasonings, lime juice, vinegar, and 2 T. water to food processor.

Add.

Process until all ingredients are smooth, adding additional water if necessary.

Puree.

Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

Adjust.
