Healthy Oatmeal Smoothies have a thick, creamy texture and are equally delicious in Blueberry Muffin or Peach Cobbler flavors!

Let's make 'em!

Ingredients

*oats *frozen blueberries OR sliced frozen peaches OR your favorite frozen fruit *vanilla yogurt *milk *honey *pure vanilla extract *ground cinnamon

Measure oats into a blender. Blend until ground into fine powder.

Grind.

Add frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon to blender.

Add.

Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Blend.
