This EASY Butter Pie Crust is so simple and delicious that you'll never buy a pie crust again!

Just *4* Ingredients!

*unsalted butter *all-purpose flour *salt *ice water

Add flour, salt,  and very cold diced butter to food processor.

Add.

Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse sand.

Pulse.

Gradually add ice water and pulse. Repeat until the dough starts clumping together.

Add water.

Transfer the mixture onto a work surface and push it into a big lump.

Form.

Divide the dough in half and form it into two balls.

Divide.

Flatten the balls into disks.

Flatten.

Wrap each disk in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Refrigerate.

Once chilled, remove a disk from the fridge, unwrap, and dust with flour.

Dust.

Start at the center and roll outward, turning your dough a quarter turn and repeating.

Roll.

Stop rolling when the diameter of the whole crust is about 4 inches larger than the pie pan.

Roll.

After resting, transfer the crust by carefully rolling it over the rolling pin.

Transfer.

Unroll the crust evenly over a 9- to 10-inch pie pan.

Unroll.

Press the crust into the pan and fold under the edges.

Fold.

Flute or crimp the edges of the crust.

Finish.

Fill the pie crust and bake according to whatever recipe you're making!

Bake.
