Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Quick ~ EASY ~ Yummy!!!

Meatloaf Mix Ingredients

Worcestershire sauce

Sauce Ingredients

Make the sauce.

Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a glass measuring cup.

Make the meatloaf mix.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, half of the glaze, egg, breadcrumbs, & seasonings.

Divide the mixture.

Evenly divide the meat mixture into six equal parts.

Put in pan.

Fill each cup of the muffin pan with meatloaf mixture.

Glaze.

Spoon the remaining glaze over the unbaked meatloaf muffins.

Bake.

Bake 20 minutes or until each Mini Meatloaf is cooked through.

Drain.

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve.

Serve warm  and ENJOY!
