• Salmon Fillets • Salt + Pepper • Fresh Minced Garlic • Fresh Parsley • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Place the salmon fillets on a prepared pan, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine the garlic, parsley, and olive oil in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture on top of the salmon fillets. Insert a thermometer into the end of the thickest part of one of the salmon fillets.

Bake to 140°F. Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and allow to rest before serving.
