Peanut Butter Brownies are rich and decadent with an amazingly fudgy (flourless) texture...studded with peanut butter chips, swirled with peanut butter, and naturally gluten-free!

Ingredients

• Chocolate • Butter • Sugar • Eggs • Vanilla Extract • Espresso Powder • Salt • Cocoa Powder • Peanut Butter Chips • Peanut Butter

Chop chocolate and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat and stir until smooth and melted. Set aside to cool.

Cream the butter, then beat in the sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs, one at a time.

Add vanilla, espresso powder (if using), salt, and cocoa powder. Blend.

Beat in the cooled, melted chocolate and fold in the peanut butter chips.

Spread batter into prepared pan, holding back one big spoonful. Drizzle peanut butter and dollop bits of reserved brownie batter over the top. Swirl together.

Bake and allow to cool in pan before slicing.
