• pumpkin puree • coconut oil • honey • egg • vanill • rolled oats • whole wheat pastry flour • pumpkin pie spice • cinnamon • salt • chopped nuts
Stir together the pumpkin puree, coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla.

Whisk together the oats, flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
Blend the oat mixture into the pumpkin mixture and stir. Scrape the batter into prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.

Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden brown. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
