Roasted Butternut Squash is a sweet and savory recipe of tender roasted squash flavored with maple syrup and cinnamon for a gorgeous, golden fall or winter side dish!

• butternut squash • maple syrup • coconut oil or EVOO • cinnamon • nutmeg • salt + pepper
Peel butternut squash, cut in half, scoop out seeds, and slice into 1" cubes.

Whisk maple syrup, oil, and spices in a bowl to combine.
Add butternut squash cubes to bowl and toss to coat.

Spread cubes in a single layer onto prepared sheet pan.
Roast butternut squash cubes until tender and caramelized.
