• Chicken Breasts • Coconut Milk • Peanut Butter • Garlic • Honey • Soy Sauce • Lime Juice • Rice Wine Vinegar • Red Pepper Flakes

Arrange chicken breasts in a slow cooker.

Stir together coconut milk, peanut butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook. Remove chicken, cut into chunks, and shred. Return the shredded chicken to the sauce in the crockpot and serve.
