Swedish Meatballs are baked in the oven and then simmered in a skillet of easy homemade gravy for a delicious, family-pleasing dinner!

Let's make 'em!

Ingredients

*ground beef *breadcrumbs *milk *egg *salt *onion powder *allspice *nutmeg *black pepper

FOR THE MEATBALLS:

For the gravy:

*salted butter *all-purpose flour *beef broth *Worcestershire sauce *apple cider vinegar *sour cream *black pepper *egg noodles *parsley

FOR SERVING:

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, onion powder, allspice, nutmeg, and pepper.

Combine ingredients.

Scoop meat into 3-tablespoon mounds and gently roll into balls.

Form meatballs.

Bake.

Arrange meatballs on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare gravy.

Heat a large pan and add butter. Whisk in flour. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.

Cook.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, whisking until it has thickened.

Place cooked meatballs in the skillet of warm gravy, turning to coat.

Finish.

Serve warm & enjoy!!!
