Ingredients

• ground beef • garlic cloves • tomato paste • marinara sauce • low-sodium beef broth • dried herbs & spices • fennel seeds • frozen cheese tortellini • Parmesan • fresh herbs, for garnish

Brown and drain ground beef and minced garlic. Stir in tomato paste, salt & pepper, marinara, beef broth, and dried herbs and spices.

Stir in frozen tortellini, return to a simmer, and cook for about 5 minutes or until al dente.

Stir in Parmesan, top with fresh parsley and/or basil, and serve immediately.
