Tuna Noodle Casserole is a quick, easy, from-scratch dinner recipe loaded with tuna, noodles, peas, and a creamy, cheesy, homemade white sauce...NO CANNED SOUP!

Ingredients

• Egg Noodles • Frozen Peas • Butter + Flour + Milk • Salt + Black Pepper • Garlic Powder • Cheddar Cheese • Tuna • Cracker Crumbs • Parmesan

Cook egg noodles and add frozen peas to the boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter and whisk in flour. Pour in milk. Simmer while whisking until thickened.

Add seasonings and cheddar, then stir in drained tuna and parsley.

Stir drained noodles and peas into the sauce. Mix and serve.
