In a large bowl, combine tuna, eggs, pickles, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill for at least an hour.

Boil macaroni (or another pasta) until al dente in well-salted water.

Pour macaroni into a colander and hold under cold running water until cool. Drain well.

Stir pasta into the chilled tuna mixture until well combined. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour more before serving.
