• white whole wheat flour • vital wheat gluten • instant dry yeast • very warm water • salt • coconut oil • honey • lemon juice
With a dough hook, mix together flour, vital wheat gluten, and yeast. Add water and mix for 1 minute, scraping down bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel and rest for 10 minutes.

Beat in salt, oil, honey, and lemon juice. Mix in the flour one cup at a time. Knead until smooth and pulling away from bowl.
Turn the dough out onto a greased surface. Divide it in half and shape it into two loaves, then transfer them to prepared bread pans.

Allow loaves to rise in a warm oven. Bake until golden brown.
Immediately remove the hot bread from the pans to cool on a rack. Once cool, slice and enjoy!
